Dear Shareholders

In 2009, the executive board and management of Jungfraubahn Holding AG decided to form a Shareholders Club for shareholders who hold 250 or more shares. The intention is to reward shareholders with special offers for the considerable trust shown in our company. These are to give them the opportunity to become better acquainted with our excursion destinations and the JUNGFRAU Ski Region. Details can be found under the heading "Benefits as a member".

The new membership cards were issued October 22, 2012, they will be valid to October 31, 2013.

We will be delighted to welcome as many shareholders as possible to the Shareholders Club.
