Bryan Adams
Brian Adams has already twice electrified huge audiences before the stunning setting of the Jungfrau massif, namely in 2004 and 2007. In an interview for the magazine Schweizer Illustrierte, the star said that he well remembers one of the best open-air concerts that he has ever played at. “It was on Kleine Scheidegg in Switzerland, in the heart of the mountains. Simply fantastic. Unforgettable!"
Also unforgettable are his international hits including Summer of ’69, Cuts Like a Knife and (Everything I Do) I Do It for You. Bryan Adams will give a top-rate performance – even with cold fingers – and then take to the ski slopes. We look forward to yet another great live concert in the heart of the Jungfrau Region.
Kim Wilde
Back to the 1980s! Kim Wilde will turn up the heat on Kleine Scheidegg with hits such as Kids in America, You Keep Me Hangin' On and Cambodia! The British star first hit the charts in 1980 and began her comeback in the summer of 2010 with her new album Come Out and Play. One surprise success was her duet with Nena: Anyplace, Anywhere, Anytime.
Polo Hofer
Polo Hofer is another star to have already taken the stage at the SnowpenAir. And the Bernese rock legend has chosen this venue at 2000 metres above sea level for his farewell concert. Polo Hofer is one of the stars of Swiss-dialect rock music. Together with Hanery Amman and other artists, he formed the Swiss-dialect pop band Rumpelstilz and sang hits such as Kiosk and Teddybär. Daniel Kandlbauer
Rock music made in Grindelwald: Daniel Kandlbauer took second place in MusikStar TV show in 2005, sang Switzerland’s official Olympic song with Marc Sway and re-recorded the hit song Alperose with Sina, Polo Hofer and Sanndee. In 2008, Kandelbauer teamed up with Ken Hensley, founder member of Uriah Heep, to re-record the world hit Lady in Black.
