FAQ
I would like to go directly to the skilift – without any waiting or queuing.

That’s easy: simply buy your skipass at www.jungfrau.ch The skipass will be sent to you by post. If you already have a KeyCard for the Jungfrau Ski Region, you can load it directly. In either case you can go straight up to the ski pistes. We wish you fabulous fun and a sunny winter-sport day.
Which ski areas can I book online?
All Jungfrau Ski Region areas can be booked individually. However, you can also easily buy a skipass for the entire region and enjoy the snow on Grindelwald-First, Kleine Scheidegg-Männlichen and Mürren-Schilthorn. Hiking and sledging passes are also available.

What do I need for the skipass?
To book a skipass you need a KeyCard for the Jungfrau Ski Region, the number starts with 01-... or 29-.... It makes no difference whether this is a one-day pass, an old seasonal pass or a children’s pass. You can now reload it. The same applies to the Swatch Snowpass watch (number starts with 11-... or 30-...); this can also be reloaded. You will also receive confirmation of purchase. Print this out and take it with you – so that you can show it on our trains on your way to the ski area.
If you don’t have a KeyCard or Swatch Snowpass watch, we will send you a new KeyCard with the skipass by post within 10 days (plus shipping costs).
What must I take note of regarding skipass?
You pay for your skipass at the end of the booking by credit card. Payment by invoice or directly at the locality is not possible.
Every Skipass is personal and non transferrable. The holder must be able to identify himself if requested. Lost skipasses cannot be replaced.
No cancellation, exchange, refund or cash refund possible. Also subject to the tariff conditions of Jungfraubahnen Management AG (GTCs).
