Winter sports facilities open earlier this weekend

The weather forecast for the coming weekend promises perfect winter sports conditions. A high volume of visitors is expected again. To meet the strong demand, on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 February 2019, Jungfrau Railways is opening some facilities in their ski sub-areas of Grindelwald and Wengen half an hour earlier.

The opening times will be adjusted on the weekend of 23 and 24 February in the ski sub-areas Grindelwald-First and Grindelwald-Wengen (Kleine Scheidegg) as follows:

First Railway and SB Oberjoch will each start operating half an hour earlier. First Railway will thus open at 7.30 h.

On Kleine Scheidegg, in addition to SB Lauberhorn, SB Wixi and SB Eigernordwand will also be operating from 8.30 h.
