Dominik Liener completed his training as a qualified civil engineer (FH) in 1991 and obtained the title of qualified industrial engineer STV (postgraduate course in business administration) in 1998. From 1991 to 2017, he worked in various roles at an engineering firm in the field of civil engineering and infrastructure, including as a planner, project manager and member of the Executive Board. He joined Jungfrau Railways in 2017 as Head of Infrastructure and Technology and was a member of the extended Executive Board from 2017 to 2020. He has been a member of the Executive Board since 2021.
