Beef flank steak with a rich brown sauce and Büschelibire pears, served with Savoy-style blue potatoes with brown butter, Parmesan shavings and vegetable pearls of carrot, beetroot, edamame and parsnip
Vegetarian: Beetroot steak with the same potato accompaniment and vegetable pearls of carrot, beetroot, edamame and parsnip

Dessert
Giant choux bun with Baileys mousse, cinnamon, icing sugar, berries and flowers

Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge until 26 December 2026 by contacting our customer service centre at helpdesk@jungfrau.ch. After this date, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
