Details

• Ascent from Wilderswil no later than 16:45 h (earlier departure also possible)
• Arrival at Schynige Platte no later than 17:37 h
• Opening of the starter buffet at 18:30 h
• Dinner buffet & dessert in the restaurant
• Sundowner aperitif during sunset on the Schynige Platte Skywalk

Themed Buffets

Fondue Chinoise – traditional
Tender beef, veal, chicken and pork are cooked in classic beef broth. Served with basmati rice and French fries, a generous salad buffet and an extensive fruit buffet. A wide selection of sauces completes the experience. To finish on a sweet note, guests are treated to panna cotta.

Alpine Cuisine – traditional
Swiss classics such as rösti variations, Älplermagronen and hearty meat dishes served as a buffet, complemented by a generous salad buffet and regional specialties. For dessert, we serve apple strudel with vanilla sauce.

Aperitif on the Skywalk: Alpenspritz (homemade alpine herb syrup with lemon and prosecco) or Alpenspritz iced tea (non-alcoholic).

Registration
The event takes place in all weather conditions. Registrations or cancellations are possible up to two days before the event at the latest (Thursday, 12:00 h).

Event Execution
Jungfrau Railways reserve the right to cancel the event by Thursday, 17:00 h if weather conditions or insufficient participant numbers make it impossible to hold the event. Participants will be informed by email in the event of cancellation.

In case of bad weather, the descent journey may be brought forward.

Bookings for the gourmet trips will be available from June onwards.
