Terms and Conditions for Jungfrau Railways Competitions

  1. Organizer
    The competitions are organized by Jungfraubahnen Management AG, Harderstrasse 14, 3800 Interlaken, Switzerland.

  2. Eligibility
    All natural persons aged 18 or over with residence in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein are eligible to participate. Employees of Jungfraubahnen Management AG and their relatives are excluded from participation.

  3. Participation
    Participation takes place in accordance with the described conditions. Only entries submitted on time will be considered.

  4. Prizes
    Cash payment or exchange of the prizes is excluded.

  5. Prize notification
    The winners will be notified directly via email. If a selected person does not respond within 5 days, the prize will expire without replacement.

  6. Disclaimer of liability
    Legal recourse is excluded. Jungfraubahnen Management AG accepts no liability for technical disruptions that prevent participation.

  7. Data protection
    The data collected as part of the competitions will be used exclusively for their implementation and will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be deleted after completion. More information: www.jungfrau.ch/en-gb/data-protection

  8. Applicable law
    Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
