From Basel, Zurich and Geneva Airport, you can reach Interlaken Ost by train in around 2–3 hours.

The local routes of GrindelwaldBus are included in the Jungfrau Travel Pass. The mountain routes Grindelwald Bahnhof–Bussalp/Waldspitz/Grosse Scheidegg (lines 126, 127, 128) are excluded and therefore not valid.
Guests who hold a Jungfrau Travel Pass as well as a Grindelwald Guest Card can use the mountain routes Grindelwald Bahnhof–Bussalp/Waldspitz/Grosse Scheidegg (lines 126, 127, 128) free of charge from May to October 2026.
Operating hours or timetables are subject to change and do not entitle the holder to an extension, exchange, return, refund or partial refund of the passes.
You will receive the Jungfrau Travel Pass in the confirmation email as a PDF. The ticket can be presented as a mobile ticket on the smartphone without printing.
No, you need a separate ticket to use the adventure activities. As the train journey is included in your Jungfrau Travel Pass, we recommend that you book an individual activity.
No, the Jungfrau Travel Pass only entitles you to use the respective rail- and cableways (see area of validity) and does not include the winter sports infrastructure. If you wish to use this infrastructure, we recommend purchasing a ski pass.
