Seat reservation
From 01.05.2026, Jungfrau Railways will introduce compulsory seat reservation. Reservations for a one-way journey to the Jungfraujoch can be made at the ticket counters at Jungfrau Railways sales points. One-way reservations for the descent can also be purchased at the ticket machine on the Jungfraujoch. Return reservations can also be purchased via the digital sales channels.
