Yes. If you already have a card for your Unlimited Jungfrau Summer Pass, you can conveniently load the Unlimited Jungfrau Winter Pass onto it. You do not need a new card.
The Unlimited Jungfrau Winter Pass is personal and non-transferable. A photo must be provided at the time of purchase. Holders of the Unlimited Jungfrau Winter Pass must be able to identify themselves on the train with an official photo ID card. Holders of the Unlimited Jungfrau Winter Pass at a reduced price must be able to show a valid discount card (GA, half-fare card, Unlimited Jungfrau Summer Pass 2026) on the train. The Unlimited Jungfrau Winter Pass is not valid for school journeys and commuting. In the event of misuse of the pass for these purposes, a misuse fee of CHF 200 will be charged. Before travelling, please check the current operating times in the timetable and any interruptions due to maintenance work. No, the Unlimited Jungfrau Winter Pass is not valid for school and work trips.
The Unlimited Jungfrau Winter Pass is a leisure-only travel pass and was designed for excursions, hikes, and mountain experiences. The use of public transport from Interlaken Ost is therefore permitted exclusively for leisure purposes. Journeys to work or to school are not included, as these are covered by the Libero fare network.
