Plan & book

Firstly, you take the aerial gondola from Grindelwald to First. From First you walk a few metres towards the valley station of the Oberjoch chairlift. Attention: you have to cross the ski slope there. Afterwards, the toboggan run leads firstly along, then later above and parallel to the ski slope towards Schreckfeld. The toboggan run is well marked with purple slope poles. At Schreckfeld, you can use the First-Glider. There you will find a picnic area or a restaurant for a short break.
From Schreckfeld, the route continues leisurely towards Egg. After the somewhat flat part, there is a rapid descent to Bort station. At Bort, you are spoilt for choice: either take the aerial gondola up to First again, visit the Berghaus Bort or take the gondola back down to the valley. When snow conditions are good, the toboggan run from Bort to Grindelwald is also open.
