• How do I receive my ticket purchased online?

  You will receive an order confirmation with a pick-up code by e-mail and can use it to pick up your Unlimited Jungfrau Summer Pass at a Jungfrau Railways sales point.

• Is the Unlimited Jungfrau Summer Pass valid for school and work trips?

  No, the Unlimited Jungfrau Summer Pass is not valid for school and work trips.

• Seat reservation Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe: Are seat reservations recommended?

  For the journey to the Jungfraujoch, we strongly recommend a paid seat reservation in good weather. Secure your seat online to travel comfortably to the Jungfraujoch. jungfrau.ch/seatreservation

• What are the terms and conditions of the Unlimited Jungfrau Summer Pass?

  The Unlimited Jungfrau Summer Pass is personal and non-transferable. Holders of the Unlimited Jungfrau Summer Pass at the normal price as well as children 6–15 years of age must be able to identify themselves on the train with an official photo ID card. Holders of the Unlimited Jungfrau Summer Pass at a reduced price must be able to show a valid discount card (GA, half-fare card, Jungfrau Ski Region 2023/2024 season pass, Top4 Ski Pass 2023/2024) on the train. The Unlimited Jungfrau Summer Pass is not valid for school journeys and commuting. Before travelling, please check the current operating times in the timetable and any interruptions due to maintenance work.
