Grindelwald and Wengen have continuous winter sports operation

From Saturday, 3 December 2016, winter sports operation is permanently open in Grindelwald and Wengen. When purchasing day ski passes, winter sports customers receive a 20 per cent reduction.

The cold temperatures of recent days offer ideal conditions for piste preparation and allow continuous winter operation in Grindelwald and Wengen from Saturday, 3 December 2016. After the weekend of 3/4 December, some of the facilities in the Grindelwald-Wengen ski area are also in operation during the week. The Wixi, Läger and Männlichen chairlifts are open until 11 December on the weekends.

Skiing during the week

The following facilities are permanently open on Kleine Scheidegg in the Grindelwald-Wengen area from 3 December:
Feeder lines Wengernalp Railway, Jungfrau Railway
Lauberhorn chairlift
Arven chairlift
Eiger North Face chairlift

20 per cent reduction

Over the coming weekend and during the week, winter sports guests benefit from a 20 per cent reduction when buying a winter sport pass. This applies for individual and group sport passes.
