The Mürren-Allmend funicular railway and the Mürren-Schilthorn aerial cableway are not included in the area of validity of the Unlimited Jungfrau Winter Pass.

The Unlimited Jungfrau Winter Pass is personal and non-transferable. Holders of the Unlimited Jungfrau Winter Pass at the normal price as well as children 6–15 years of age must be able to identify themselves on the train with an official photo ID card. Holders of the Unlimited Jungfrau Winter Pass at a reduced price must be able to show a valid discount card (GA, half-fare card, Unlimited Jungfrau Summer Pass 2024) on the train. The Unlimited Jungfrau Winter Pass is not valid for school journeys and commuting. Before travelling, please check the current operating times in the timetable and any interruptions due to maintenance work. Operating hours and timetables are subject to change and do not entitle the holder to an extension, exchange, return, refund or partial refund of the pass. If the pass is lost, a replacement pass can be obtained from a staffed Jungfrau Railways point of sale for a fee of CHF 5.
Cancellations or rebookings can be made free of charge up to the day before the first day of validity (23:59 h) of the ski pass or winter hiking and sledging pass. You must make the cancellation yourself in the online customer service center.
We recommend that you take out insurance when finalising your booking in the webshop. This protects you in the event that you suffer an accident or illness during the validity of the ski pass and are unable to continue using the ski pass. The Jungfrau Ski Region does not grant refunds in the event of business interruption, accident or illness.
You can take out cancellation insurance during the ski pass ordering process. If you are not able to take a trip or have to abandon it because of a serious illness, major pregnancy complications, serious injury or death, the cancellation insurance will assume contractually owed costs up to the arranged sum insured.
