Starting tomorrow on Wednesday, 10 August 2016, the 17-metre wide, 9-metre high cinema screen will again be switched on at Winteregg. The second part of Movie Nights starts with the film "Everest". "Everest" will be shown in English with German and French subtitles. Until Sunday, 14 August 2016, there is an attractive open air cinema programme. "The Nice Guys", "Big Friendly Giant“" and "Heidi" all start at 9 PM. As part of the festivities for the 125-year celebration of the BLM, the organisers are extending the Movie Nights programme, and on Sunday evening, 14 August, they are showing "Chocolat", another cinematic hit with a star-studded cast.

At every showing, cinema visitors have the opportunity to combine the film fun with a pre-screening evening meal at Winteregg Restaurant. Due to the good weather forecast for the coming weekend, and in connection with the BLM festivities, the organisers are expecting many visitors for the open-air experience. 125 Years BLM - Lauterbrunnen Mürren Mountain Railway
On the weekend of 13 and 14 August 2016, BLM celebrates its 125-year anniversary. In the exhibition at Grütschalp, visitors experience the excitement of BLM's 125-year history. Guided tours will be offered as well. Musical performances, exhibition sawing events and refreshments will provide a variety of entertainment at Winteregg. Children can enjoy the "Märli" shows. The steam carousel in Mürren is one of the highlights for children. They can also expect games and fun with our celebration partner Coop. All BLM rolling stock types are used on both festival days.
