SnowpenAir 2024: 25 is a hit – 500 tickets left for Sunday

The 25th and final SnowpenAir on 23/24 March 2024 is proving popular: There are only 500 tickets left for the Sunday with Gölä, Heimweh and Stubete Gäng. There are still 2000 tickets available for Saturday.

SnowpenAir founder and Jungfrau Railways Director Urs Kessler is confident that both days of the last SnowpenAir will sell out: “There is often a final surge in ticket sales, and that will also be the case for the 25th edition”, he explains confidently. Simply Red, featuring lead singer Mick Hucknall, as well as Gotthard and Juraya are also expected to play in front of an enthusiastic audience. It will be a special performance for Gotthard as the Swiss rock band already took part in the first edition of SnowpenAir in 1998.

The almost sold-out Sunday is dedicated to the local dialect: the Stubete Gäng kick things off with their “ÖrbnLändlr”, in which Ländler meets hip-hop and the hoodie meets the Örgeli. Heimweh will convey pure joie de vivre, true to the motto of their new album “Freud am Läbe”. Anyone who hasn’t sung along to every line by then will do so by the time Sunday’s headline act arrives: As the last act in SnowpenAir history, Gölä will give his fans what they expect: Rock music at its best in the Swiss dialect universe, with hits and new songs from the album “U.F.O.”.

Last edition
For the second time, SnowpenAir is taking place on the Männlichen – in front of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Festival passes will again be limited to 6,000 per day. This offers the opportunity to enjoy the music, usually played in large arenas or stadiums, in a different, snowy setting. “With the 25th and final SnowpenAir, we will once again be offering the audience a lot of good music. The headliner on Saturday, Simply Red, will be here for the first time for their only Swiss concert in 2024”, says Urs Kessler. Arrival will again be possible from both sides – Wengen and Grindelwald – which will lead to a more even flow of guests.
