In the fiercely contested winter sports market, the four largest ski areas in Bern decided on a common forward strategy based on the Saas Fee low price strategy of CHF 222, and in autumn 2017 they launched the season subscription called Top4 for three years. The winter sports pass with access to 666 km of slopes was sold in advance for 666 Swiss francs.

Discussions then took place on to what extent and how the pass should continue after three seasons. The parties agreed to continue the offer for another year, i.e. for the winter sports season 2020/2021. The price for adults has increased to CHF 777, the prices for children and young people remain unchanged. The price increase is due to the investments of all the participating ski areas in new facilities and increased quality.  

Sportpass with added value

The joint subscription of the Jungfrau Ski Region, Adelboden-Lenk, Meiringen-Hasliberg and Gstaad has been available at the normal price of SFR 950 from 16 December. Holders of the new Sportpass also receive a 33% price reduction on overnight stays from Sunday to Thursday in selected hotels at their destinations.
