Seat reservation
For your trip to the Jungfraujoch, we recommend strongly that you book a paid seat reservation before your trip (CHF 10 per person and seat in addition to the ticket, also for children). We also recommend traveling during the week. If you do not make a reservation, we cannot guarantee you a seat at the desired departure time. Longer waiting times must be expected.
The ticket is redeemable until 15.6.2021. The redemption period will not be extended.
A ticket purchased on the Interdiscount site is valid once for travel on the same day and does not need to be exchanged at the counter. All you have to do is scan the QR Code (see ticket) contactlessly at the turnstile to get to the railway/aerial gondola. You will have to show your ticket in the event of an inspection by the train attendant.
