Jungfrau Ski Region Eiger Moench Jungfrau

Jungfrau Railways passes

Jungfrau Railways passes are ideal for a carefree stay in the Jungfrau Region – whether for a long weekend, a whole week or even the whole winter on the Jungfrau Railways network. The following passes are available:

Covid-19 money-back guarantee

A Covid-19 money back guarantee applies to all buyers of a Top4 skipass or Jungfrau Ski Region skipass, one-day or multi-day ticket, Jungfrau Corona Winter Pass or hiking and sledging pass. In the event of a lockdown and the resulting closure of all Top4 ski areas (Top4 skipass) or the Jungfrau Ski Region, a refund will be made on a pro rata basis. Refunds will be made in cash or, for online purchases, by transfer to a credit card. More info is available here

Obligation to wear a mask

The obligation to wear a mask (“mouth and nose protection”) also applies on the ski lifts and chairlifts, not only in the waiting area. When wearing mouth and nose protection, we refer to the recommendation from the Federal Office of Public Health of the Swiss Confederation (BAG) to wear a medical mask. In the meantime, there are neck tubes on the market which also meet the guidelines of a medical mask. Winter sports enthusiasts will also be able to buy so-called  neck tubes or bandanas with filter inserts as mouth and nose protection.

Masks must be worn in publicly accessible indoor areas such as railway stations or cable car stations. Masks are also mandatory in all waiting areas (indoor and outdoor). A mask must also be worn in highly frequented places such as car parks.
